Culinary Adventure 

Chef González had the opportunity to study at the Cordon Blue school in L.A., where she trained to be able to be in different haute cuisine restaurants in California.  She also had the opportunity to start her own business after giving birth to her first daughter, where with the Colorado Cottage Foods Producers certifications she was able to spend her free time in a community kitchen to make her sweet creations. 

Now, after almost 8 years of entrepreneurship, he had the opportunity to collaborate in a great family venture by creating Canela, a new and authentic cafeteria within our community of Eagle, County where he could distribute his sweets in even greater quantities.
